The short version: your Rhyvia health entries stay on your device. Rhyvia does not require an account and does not send those entries to a Rhyvia server.

Your health entries

Symptoms, mood, lifestyle factors, medicines, supplements and notes that you enter into Rhyvia are stored locally on the device and browser where you use it. Rhyvia uses that local history to calculate your patterns.

If you use the browser version, clearing browser storage, using private browsing or changing device or browser can make that history unavailable. Use Rhyvia's export feature to keep backups you control.

Exports

Rhyvia only creates an export when you ask it to. The exported file is yours to store or share. Take care when sending it to another person because it may contain sensitive health information.

Volunteer tester details

If you volunteer as a tester, the website collects the name and email address you provide. These details are used only to contact you about testing Rhyvia and receiving your feedback.

The website hosting and form provider processes your submission so it can be delivered to Rhyvia's maker. Tester contact details are separate from anything you record in the app and are not sold or used for advertising.

Analytics and advertising

Rhyvia does not include advertising trackers and does not build an advertising profile from your health information. Standard technical records may still be created by the website host when it serves a page, as happens with most websites.

Your choices

You can delete your health entries inside the app or remove the app's local data from your device. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.

You can ask for your volunteer tester details to be deleted by replying to any Rhyvia testing email you receive.
